It’s a subsidiary Hongkong Times Starlight Technology Co.,Ltd of  which focused on telecommunication security and defence products only. We are one of the earlist signal jammer manufacturer in China for over 15 years. During the development of our business we have done many government projects. In August, 2001 the Times Starlight Group established a new company in Shenzhen for RF signal jamming products only with over 20 years experiences in the area of signal amplifier and repeaters. 

At the beginning we developed many small signal jammers with low power as our loyal cooperators requirements for the Anti-cheating Examination and meeting room markets. There are over 30 different kinds jammers by the year of 2006. 2 of them have been star products and share over 70% of the market. 1 with very attractive price, smaller size, less weight and 3-5 hours working time, another one can work for 24hours / 7days and more stable performance.  

As signal jammer knowns by more and more people. There are some companies start to ask us if we could jam this or if we could jam that? So we start make all kinds of new type signal jammers in 2005 but not just cell phone signal jammers. Then the GPS jammer, wireless camera jammer, Anti-tracking jammer, Anti-spy jammer, buletooth jammer, Walkie Talkie jammer and more and more different jammers was developed in the following years. 

After we made more and more signal jammers we start to realise that 10 to 20 watts jammer can't satisfy the jamming markets any more. So the First High Power Jammer in the world was made with 400 watts RF output power max 4 channels in 2007. What makes the jammer unperfect is that the weight is over 100 kgs and big size. The weight makes the jammer inconvenient and costs a lot while transportation. After years development now the same power and channels jammer is only 20 kg around with much smaller size. With this high power signal jammer we win some big prison jamming projects abroad. 

Also we never stopped develop higher power, more channels, smaller size, less weight, more attractive price, suitable for much worse working conditions, wider frequency range jammer. We are doing better year by year. Lots of new type jammers was made such as Vehicle Mounted jammer, Digital DDS Bomb jammer for RCIED, Manpack jammer, Backpack Jammer, Outdoor jammer, etc.

And now our signal jammers have reached so many areas we never expected. But we will always doing our best to keep our advantages and moving forward for new future.

Installation, debugging and training

We will send you easy understanding documents to guide you how to install and debug all our signal jammers. And they are all designed for easy and friendly use. All our siganl jammers are with modular design and once a part doesn’t work after years serivice all you need to do is to replace the mudular. You can do it very well as long as you know to use a screw driver. We will training your workers to opperate our signal jammers in the right way if necessary and also with the basic RF knowledge for big projects such as prison jamming projects, VIP vehicle RCIED jamming projects, etc. And if you have any problems during the operation we will try our best to solve them and we will go to local if necessary.
